Your surroundings receive Grace based on their needs—often expressed through rude behaviors. Your empathy is the lossless channel for this Grace. If you become irritated or anxious, your soil has hardened. The Rosary refines this soil, ensuring the Grace flows through you without loss.

Acting on immediate impulse keeps one in the present moment. Living in the present moment is presence. It happens in a raw state. Any brain involvement of thinking or imagination makes the state past or future. To realize an impulse, one should be in a grounded, raw stage. He has to discern whether each whisper or impulse is selfish, divine, or demonic. This is the function of sound reason. Then, our immediate reaction makes it a prayer, a growth in presence.

Sirach chapter 15 verse 15, if you choose, you can keep the commandments;  loyalty is doing the will of God. Before everyone are life and death, whichever they choose will be given them.

Due to demonic influences and life's chaos and worries, being loyal to the commandments and choosing life in every situation is very challenging. If we are loyal in praying the Rosary for years, we are able to build a loyal connection with Mother Mary. In any warfare, loyalty is the supreme battle asset of all. By knowing her mannerisms and qualities, we can better understand how she acts toward us. Many times, we may mistakenly project our own experiences onto her; however, the Rosary helps us to align with her true likeness. Our own souls know best about heaven, spiritual truths, moral law, the commandments, and our personal state. The 613 moral commandments are not easy to remember and practice based on their own context. But the soul remembers everything—including original sin and its consequences—and possesses an inherent, intuitive connection to moral law to prevent sin and the death that follows.

The alignment of soul, heart, and brain is essential for a joyful and successful life, allowing individuals to move from a state of mere survival to thriving. To choose life, we must realize the consequences of death. A busy life is itself an addiction to, and a trap of, death. Running for vanity—trying to find meaning or happiness apart from life—leaves us running on empty. If we choose life, we need to keep the commandments.

An awakened soul only knows moral laws within its contextual scope and with a compassionate approach. The heart should be meek; otherwise, it will fabricate lies to protect personal interests. Similarly, the brain should be internally focused. An externally focused brain becomes entangled in worries—like bills, making ends meet, news, social media, politics, and gossip—that create anxiety, drain energy, and choke daily life.

The Rosary is a mechanism to awaken the soul by enforcing a sacramental life and upholding appropriate acts to maintain a state of grace. It helps to meeken the heart by connecting with the mysteries of Jesus, thereby eliminating worldly desires. The repetitive, contemplative mode helps the brain to anchor internally and generate peace. Because sinful habits prevent one from following the commandments, the Rosary serves as a holy habit that fosters holy actions and removes sinful tendencies from the body. You, your loved ones, or even souls in Purgatory can receive it back as daily blessings through Rosary, based on necessity. Mary acts as a conduit through which Divine grace flows, and the Rosary is the most effective channel for that grace. A Rosary before Mass helps you receive maximum grace and preserve it safely.

To enter His presence, one needs to : 
1. Realize the Call to enter His presence(Upright reason )
2. Like His presence(a meek heart).
3. Likeness to His presence (Cultivate habits that reflect His virtues).
4. Have an awakened soul.
5. Internally focused brain .
6. Aligned soul heart and body(harmony).
7. Surrendered state of self. (Will)

To enter His presence, one must surrender their state of self. This requires a coordination between a person's internal and external states.

For the internal state, the soul needs to be alive and active. For the external state, it requires the coordination of three faculties: an internally focused mind, a gentle heart, and virtuous habits (muscle memory).

Spiritual sleep, spaghetti brain, selfish heart, and sinful habits will all break the harmony of a person.

When God speaks, a selfish heart grows hard. If we fall into the trap of life's worries, we will not hear God's voice. Negative habits also prevent us from hearing God's voice.

The easiest way to attain a surrendered state of self is 
by chanting four Rosaries daily and meditating on all the mysteries of Christ and Mary.

A surrendered self, abiding in Christ, and alignment with God's will are the keys for prayer to bear fruit.

God Created human to share in Gods love. God never ceases to draw man to himself.
